"THE BIGGEST LITTLE MUSEUM IN IDAHO"
Preserving and promoting the history of the Hagerman Valley is a big job -- particularly in a tiny, 1200 square foot building. But our little museum is chocked full of history and useful information. Established in 1984, it has become the repository for artifacts from the Valley’s past.
It’s where you go when you want to find out about the people and creatures that have inhabited this Valley in the past. It’s where you can bring your family and friends when they are visiting. Where travelers on US 30 can stop to learn about this Valley and spend a little time. You can view artifacts and photographs, read old newspapers and family stories, or listen to an oral history. Try out our Research Room, where all of our historic records are available for people interested in
Valley history or local genealogy. We even have a gift shop with hard-to-find books, t-shirts, DVDs, and children's items.
